Bill Kiowa (Montgomery Ford) is released after a five-year prison term for a crime he did not commit. The bandit El Fego (Tatsuya Nakadai), who did the actual crime, also killed Kiowa's young Native American wife. Once free, Kiowa raises a gang to go after the man who framed him. An Italian western in the A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS mold with a better than average cast, which includes Bud Spencer in the debut of his heavy-handed character (later made famous in the TRINITY series) and the outstanding Japanese actor Tatsuya Nakadai, famous for his role in Akira Kurosawa's KAGEMUSHA. Written by horror-meister Dario Argento and presented here in the English-language version (which, considering it was filmed MOS with an international cast, is nearly as original dialogue as its Italian-language counterpart).
The Haunted Forest stars Grayson Gwaze as Zach, a high school senior who lands his first job was a scare actor at Markoff's Haunted Forest. He makes friends with the band of misfits who operate the Halloween attraction, but after one of them dies tragically on the grounds he begins to question his fascination with death and the macabre.
The plot revolves around Lincoln Raider, who is suspected of murdering six young women in a small town. He earned the moniker “The Huntsman” for allegedly leaving the victims’ hearts in decorative boxes alongside poisoned apples. With only one body recovered so far, suspicion weighs heavily on Lincoln. Max Mason, an ICU nurse, volunteers to read to Lincoln while the latter remains in a coma. As the narrative progresses, Max becomes Lincoln’s live-in caregiver upon his awakening despite the objections of the nurse’s sister Darby Albright, the lead detective of the case. But Max may have an ulterior motive for moving in with Lincoln and his beautiful wife Jolene, an accomplished sculptor and mother to their new baby girl Rosy, a motive that may lead to the most shocking revelations yet.
