The play tells the story of a young couple, Cathy (played by Carol White) and Reg (Ray Brooks). Initially their relationship flourishes and they have a child and move into a modern home. When Reg is injured and loses his well-paid job, they are evicted by bailiffs, and they face a life of poverty and unemployment, illegally squatting in empty houses and staying in shelters. Finally, Cathy has her children taken away by social services.
Ji-yeon and Do-jin are exhausted from years of IVF treatment. They don't remember what life was like before. She continues to experience the pain of separation from a child she has never met. Do-jin is worried about her health and wants her to quit, but she can't. "Why can't I be a mother?" She won't give up.
Inspired by a true story, the action-comedy follows a wild man state cop (Scott) who shows up in a small town with a big meth problem and immediately butts heads with a strait-laced local deputy (Simmons) as they attempt to solve a murder.
Aqilla and Yumna, two mothers who both fought for Baskara's love and happiness. Aqilla gave up her biological son, Baskara, to be raised by Arif and Yumna in Solo.
